By playing Fruit Bandits you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The game
Fruit Bandits is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. We give you a limited, revocable licence to play it. All art, music, code and characters belong to us or our licensors.
Acceptable use
- Don’t cheat by tampering with the game, our servers or other players’ saves, and don’t try to reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows it.
- Don’t use automated tools to play the game or to flood our servers.
Purchases
The iPhone app offers an optional one-time purchase that removes ads. Payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. There is no virtual currency and nothing in the game is sold that affects fairness.
Ads
The free version shows ads supplied by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. We try to keep it running and your progress safe, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that progress will never be lost.
No warranty and liability
The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Ending these terms
You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend access if you break these terms.
